My French is not very good. I hope everyone will forgive me.

My name is Craig Cowing and I live in New York State (not the city). I am 48 and am the pastor of a small protestant church in a small town. I have a cello that belonged to my grandfather. It has been in my family for over a century. It was made by Jérôme THIBOUVILLE-LAMY in Mirecourt with the trademark name "Mi Fin." It dates from around 1895. I'd be happy to hear from anyone in the group!

But my cello was made in Lyon in 1721 by a maker named Pommier! I call her "my beautiful French cello."
